Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to you. Your continued use of our Services after the modifications indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
