Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You acknowledge that any reliance on our Services is based on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you.

Intellectual Property

Any materials, reports, or documents provided to you as part of our Services remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for your internal business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to promptly pay any outstanding fees owed for the Services rendered prior to the termination date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to you. Your continued use of our Services after the modifications indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
